Cop of the Month - August 200619 Aug. 2006
Every month, DRD honours a brave and beautiful cop who puts her life on the line to keep our streets safe in our new feature ‘Cop of the Month’! The first Cop of the Month is Kennia Follett, the cop who arrested Lisa Pannell – the first woman to be executed under the FemEx law (see 'First women executed').
“I’m very sorry that Lisa Pannell had to die. She must have felt terrible, as she was waiting in her cell, and as she was taken away for execution.” Kennia Follett says. “I can hardly begin to imagine the fear that she must have endured, the poor girl. However, if that’s what it takes to stop the crime wave amongst young American women, you’ll hear no objections from me.”
Name: Kennia Follett
Preceint: Hartsville 1'st
